We currently have a team of 3 members who together help manage and develop our portfolio. Each individual brings their own skill set which enables us to cover every aspect of property management to the highest level.
Managing Director
Tony set up Greyhound Properties Limited originally with his wife Sarah in 1996 to create a property investment and development business in parallel with the legal practice which he set up in 1988.
He predominantly deals with the legal and funding requirements of the company and its future direction.
Management with Entrepreneurship BSc
Joe has been working for Greyhound Properties Ltd since early 2016 and has since taken over the role of lettings co-ordinator and negotiator. His responsibilities include handling lettings enquiries, property viewings and the marketing of the property portfolio, as well as managing our website. Joe seeks to maintain strong relationships he creates with new tenants throughout their tenancy. He also maintains ongoing communication with our maintenance team and other key suppliers. Joe has developed skills in negotiations and sales that come from a background in both finance and commercial property.
Administrator
Emma joined Greyhound in 2023 to help with day to day administration work. She now deals with the bookkeeping but also assists with many other administrative tasks throughout the company
